All Web Hosting plans include a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus setup fees and domain registration fees ) if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account. No refunds are available after 30 days. Any request for cancellation must be received via email to : cancel@maxforyou.com or regular mail or fax and you will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone or to any other email address will not be accepted. Accounts cancelled or terminated by us for violating our Acceptable Use and Indemnification Policy do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
