To cancel your hosting account you must:

Fax, email with an attachment, or mail a copy of your drivers license and a letter stating that you would like to cancel and be sure and include the following:

Your domain name
Your signature

The name on the drivers license must match the name on the account. If it is a company account, then fax, email, or mail a letter on company letterhead with a copy of the drivers license of a legal binding officer of the company along with the information above.

We apologize for this inconvenience but it is necessary for us to take this precaution to safeguard our customer's accounts.

Note: All customers, must follow the procedures above to cancel their account(s).

Note: Your account(s) will be cancelled the day your fax is received.
